Hello, my name is Jered Owens thanks for stopping by Owens Machine, I have been machining since high school making every gun part imaginable in various shops as well as medical and aerospace products, and have always had a passion to design and build. I was given a great opportunity to take over a well known product, the Blast Tamer Muzzle Brake designed by Jim See. His brakes have been used by some of the top shooters in the country and have been proven very effective. Above in the photo gallery are numerous photos from The Precision Rifle Blog comparing top manufacturers, and their Brakes, and how the Blast Tamer competes. These Brakes have been used on some of the best precision rifles in the country. Companies like Owens Armory, and Blue Mtn. Tactical primarily use these brakes for most of their rifles. With these Brakes and additional products I hope to bring the highest quality and precision to you.  This business was founded in 2016 with the goal to produce the highest quality products at a reasonable price for precision shooters, hunters, and gun enthusiasts alike.
